Sell Your Cash Flow Note

If you are interested in selling a cash flow note, all you need to do is provide us with the information about the note by filling out a questionnaire.  We will evaluate the information you provide, and contact you.  

To begin, please choose the category below which best describes your note, click on it, and fill out the questionnaire.  Please be as specific and detailed as possible in answering the questions, so that we can correctly evaluate your note and provide you with an accurate quote of its value.  Also, please be as open and honest as possible in providing information about your individual cash flow needs.  Keep in mind that we are able to offer a wide range of  options, ranging from providing you with one large lump sum payment of cash for the entire cash flow note to providing with you with a smaller lump sum payment of cash while allowing you to continue collecting a monthly income from your cash flow note.  Being  familiar with your individual cash flow needs will allow us to assist you in determining which type of option best fits your situation.  We will be happy to work with you in finding the most appropriate solution for your individual requirements.  Remember, our primary goal is to be able to satisfactorily solve your cash flow needs.

Also, please be advised that we will need to collect copies of all documentation pertaining to your cash flow note in order to adequately evaluate the note.  Once you have submitted your note information, we will be in touch with you to advise you  which specific documents we will need.

• Real Estate Note -These are notes secured by real estate such as a single family  residence, a multi-family residence, a commercial property, or land property.
• Mobile Home Note -These are notes secured by mobile homes located on private land or in a mobile home park.
• Business Note -These are notes secured by a business.
• Structured Settlement -These are usually insurance settlements, or other types of court judgments.
• Lottery Winnings -These are notes secured by winnings from a state lottery, casino, or other type of gaming opportunity.
• Inheritance Note -These are notes secured by an inheritance, usually passed on through an estate settlement or trust.
• Annuity Note -This is a note secured by a contract or agreement which guarantees an income for a specified period of time.  Oftentimes, these are retirement accounts or other types of agreements that guarantee monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments for a specified length of time.
• Auto Note -This is a note secured by an automobile or other type of motor vehicle.
• Airplane Note -This is a note secured by an aircraft.
• Boat Note -This is a note secured by a motorized boat, sail boat, yacht, or other type of water vehicle.
• Pre-settlement Funding -We can provide funding for lawsuits which have not been settled yet.  We have found that many people are forced to accept a lower settlement than they deserve simply because they need money immediately and have no other source.  By "pre-selling" part of your settlement, you may be able to more actively pursue the legal matter and not have to worry about not having enough money to pay your bills.
